Description of ServiceSelf-Love & Sprinkles LLC offers subscription boxes, products, coaching, and digital resources designed to inspire self-love, empowerment, and personal growth for children, families, or adults.Our subscription boxes may contain a variety of items, including educational materials, activity guides, toys, and creative content. These items will vary from box to box.3. Information for Parents/GuardiansOur Shine Bright Club subscription boxes are intended for children; however, they must be purchased by an adult (18 years or older). When purchasing a box intended for a child, we may collect the child’s first name and age to personalize the experience.By submitting this information, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child or have obtained the necessary consent to provide this information.4. Pricing, Taxes, and PaymentAll product prices are listed in USD and include applicable sales tax and standard ground shipping within the United States unless otherwise noted.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
For one-time purchases (non-subscription), payment is due in full at checkout. No recurring charges will apply to individual purchases.Refunds & Taxes:If an order is refunded before shipment, you will be refunded the full purchase price, including the applicable sales tax.
If an order is refunded after shipment, the refund will be for the product cost only, minus the portion allocated to shipping.
Sales tax will be refunded only on the refundable portion of the order.4.5. One-Time PurchasesIndividual boxes and products are available for one-time purchase and do not involve recurring charges. Refunds, cancellations, and returns for these items are subject to the terms outlined in Sections 6 and 7.5. Subscription Termsa. Billing & PaymentBy subscribing to our service, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected subscription cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Payments are processed automatically on the billing date indicated at checkout.b. CancellationsYou may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date.You can also use cancellation form to send in your request. Again you must do so 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Refunds for Canceled SubscriptionsPrepaid Subscriptions: If you cancel a prepaid subscription (e.g., 3-month or 6-month plan), you will still receive any remaining boxes from your prepaid period. Refunds will not be provided for prepaid subscriptions.
Month-to-Month Subscriptions: If you cancel after your renewal date and the box has already been processed, that box will still be shipped, and no refund will be issued.6. Shipping & Deliverya. Domestic ShippingWe ship only within the United States.

Central U.S.: 4-7 business days
East Coast (e.g., New York): 5-10 business daysc. Incorrect Shipping InformationIt is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the box has already shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.d. Lost or Stolen PackagesOnce your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Self-Love & Sprinkles LLC is no longer responsible for its security. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your local postal service first. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected].7. Returns & Refundsa. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective itemWe will replace the damaged item or provide a partial refund if a replacement is unavailable.b. Missing ItemsIf your box is missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the missing item(s) to be shipped to you.c. Refunds for Shipped BoxesRefunds will not include the shipping portion of your purchase once a box has shipped.d. Digital Products & Bonus ContentDigital resources, downloadable content, or bonus items included with your box are non-refundable once made available/sent to you.8. Product Safety DisclaimerSome items in our boxes may contain small parts that are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Parental supervision is recommended when children engage with items from our boxes.
Self-Love & Sprinkles LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions that may occur during the use of our products.9. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Self-Love & Sprinkles LLC and is protected under copyright laws.
